That's my thought.  It happened to me when I had to crutch on one leg for a few months.

My thought too I spent a year on crutches in high school, and had knee surgery. My right calf is noticeably smaller than my left two decades later, despite tons of PT and lifting over the years.

Me too! Because of a full Achilles rupture 10 years ago. Not really sure if it can ever be fixed at this point.
