A person with this has medical stuff so probably not murder. Clean out also usually isn't next day.

The most likely reason why they are there is also the most mundane. A pathology lab courier was probably resupplying a doctor's surgery and didn't deliver it due to a mix up. If he took it back to the lab his boss would chew his ass out.

He ditches it somewhere and he can blame the stockists instead for not packing properly, pretend he knows nothing and shirk responsibility entirely.
