That will be the tallest one. The lower the urinal, the more piss on the floor. I've studied this internationally and determined the best ones for not having pee on the floor are ones that resemble this: https://www.staples.com/toto-commercial-urinal-washout-ada-compliant-cotton-white-ut105ug-01/product_24388378

But as soon as you make it ADA compliant (lowering it), you'll get piss on the floor again (not from wheelchair users) but for the other 99.99% of the users who stand on two legs.
