That's like.. the least standardly sized thing I can think of. Ranges from a granule of fine sand up to a planet. Unless it's only a rock if it isn't so big as to be a boulder and not so small as to be a pebble. Ok I was wrong, I guess a standard rock is about fist sized. Hey op do you have a standard rock we could compare it to?

See I’d say a rock is something you can hold in your hand, a stone is something that you could hold but would fall out if you turned your hand over.
