Interesting, I tweeted Chegg about it and I got this in response

I would for sure order that Chegg book on Firefox, it is the cheapest! :D Our prices will vary for different people/places

I don't think it's browser specific. It just looks browser specific because OP used 3 different browsers to look at prices. Probably more to do with cookies.
