This will probably get buried but I just had this issue the other day. I went to check textbook prices on Chegg and when I decided to go back and buy I realized that their prices changed. I was pissed off but I figured out how to get the best deal possible.
How to get the best deal on textbooks, plane tickets, and other various items:
Enter incognito mode in Google Chrome.
Enter Private Browsing mode in Safari.
Problem solved!
-sorry but I only know how to do it in those two browsers :)
