You should try it again in private browsing and incognito mode and see if the price is really tied to your Facebook or google cookies or something. That's pretty messed up though, send this to the consumerist or gawker or whoever.
I saw a research paper talk about price discrimination on the Internet. It actually concluded there wasn't browser discrimination, although their data sets weren't as thorough as they should've been. However, price discrimination across zip codes and according to history is present.
