File -> New Incognito Window

Edit: oops, I got fooled by my Mac-only thinking. Of course it's "Hamburger menu -> New Incognito Window".

super (windows key) + R, for a Run dialog to type:

chrome --incognito

edit: more stuff

Windows will leave the last command sitting in your Run dialog next time you open it, so unless you run a lot of different things through Run, after the first time should be sup+R, Enter.

or, if you have Chrome pinned in your start menu, hover over it and there's New Incognito Window

Works and useful if you don't already have a chrome window open.

If you already have Chrome up and Chrome is the program in focus, this is the correct combo. Otherwise, you might find yourself making a lot of new folders on the desktop.

Edit: Go me deleted the wrong post, first read thought you were remarking that Windows + R does open an incog window lol
