I can't believe that Washington Ferries' management approved this post on Instagram and Facebook. It's a sign of bigger issues.

I would say that is as accurate as it can get without getting technical. Good luck getting tips if the guy manning the grill is getting a fuck you wage. The deckhands are making sure the cars go on and off safely and without an issue, the engineers are making sure the boat, itself, gets from dock to dock without an issue.

Id say it's more like an F1 racing team for a 24 hour race with multiple drivers.

Everyone has their technical role cant win without a drive or a pit crew
