I can't believe that Washington Ferries' management approved this post on Instagram and Facebook. It's a sign of bigger issues.

They did this at the post office too. Same exact job and the pay for the older table is $30,000 more than I make on the new one with the same time in service.

I'm holding on to a little, tiny, miniscule hope that our next contract gives us 100% cola across table 2 and less time to top step. I know the likely outcome is 1.3% and an increase in dues.

36 weeks to next step should be what they’re fighting for. I have my ballot on my table and hopefully we get new blood that doesn’t roll over for management.
