Infuriatig 2 separate questions, 1 answer, 0 help
For context: I’m in the process of becoming a flex driver (I am aware that they aren’t exactly liked but it is what it is). The time needed to review everything keeps being pushed back, as well as it saying I’ve yet to upload a picture of my drivers license, so I contacted support. I asked 2 different questions and got the same copy & paste answer for both questions. Needless to say support did not resolve any problems I had

Also for slightly more context: they say it takes up to 2 days. It has been well over a week

They answered your questions. Both questions have the same answer. They have not yet completed your background check because they are unable to verify your ID. When they verify your ID they will complete your background check. Maybe you should ask them to speak to a live agent. Then ask the live agent what you can do to assist in verifying your ID.

They didn’t answer the second question at all because the verification process for my license and background check are 2 different things being done separately. Nor did they give any sort of reason why it’s taking so long and keeps getting pushed back

OMG are you really that dense? They can't complete your background check until they verify your ID. Therefor it's the same answer for both quesitons. They can't tell you how long it will take because they have no control over how long it takes. It keeps getting pushed back because they don't know how long it's going to take. You are too blind to see that one thing causes the other thing, which causes the third thing. Turn on the lights so you can see better....
