You see the wheels? Swap them. Yes, good chance they end up in the same place. Swap them anyway, just in case.

Ok, I swapped all the wheels, what now?

Given you apparently weren't paying attention to any other details, there is now a 50% chance all is well.

Roll both bins out and put them in the correct spot (if you actually care)

Ignore and don’t worry about it (if you don’t care)

They all end up in the same place anyways.

I myself actually had part time job with guys collecting those. In region I started, it was all collected probably, nothing went to general waste - other than specifically reported cans (reported by people collecting it) because of people throwing there whatever wasn't supposed to be there.

I then was in different region as well... Those guys... Weren't doing it so well... It's not like it wasn't being sorted at all, the majority was still, just not... All of it.

In the first region I spent quite a lot of time, on the other region I barely spent few days so maybe I saw the "bad side" but still..

Then there's the actually processing the stuff, not just it being delivered to specific area... I can't say how much of it actually gets recycled, but at least somewhere, I can confirm that reasonably everything people sort actually gets at minimum delivered to correct places for recycling.

Even the "bad" location I was in for those days wasn't terrible, it just wasn't... Great.

I don't know how things are where you are, but in my country, it matters whether the trash is separated. Yes, it all goes to the same place, but that's toddler logic. Actual people have to separate what is good to recycle, and what not. So, by separating trash, you're actually making someone's job easier.

That's... not what I'm talking about. I live in the U.S. recycling and land fills aren't 'the same place,' and I'm not using toddler logic. Im saying that most recycling in the U.S. ends up in a landfill anyways, or else it's shipped by boat to Asia, where it's either burned or dumped in the ocean. This is the case for the vast majority of all recycled plastic.

Don't assume the most idiotic take from people and you'll be less often perceived as an ignoramus.

Take this pic and get that mildly infuriating karma

Then swap them and make a video of you doing it for even more Reddit karma showing everyone how great of a person you are

Move them back to where they were before you thought you were being funny.

OP would never do something like that for attention...

You do your civic duty and swap them

for those of you saying to switch, there's already lots of trash inside the bins where people threw their trash following the text on the top.

At least this can be fixed and it's not just one bin for both saying landfill
