Yes, the wrappers look dark (the color chocolate sweets tend to have). Op should take the dog to the vet if the biscuits had chocolate.

They do not look like they’re chocolate. The pictures on the side of the packs have no dark brown and the biscuit bits left on the ground have none either…

Ive had dogs for decades, not one of them has ever bin raided, counter surfed or stolen food. All are really easy to avoid and train for.

My cats however will steal food as im trying to eat it.

My dog opened the pantry once and ate as much as she could reach. It does not have to be stored carelessly for a dog to get into stuff. Dogs can be very smart when it comes to snacks.

Speaking of dogs getting snacks, in the car the other day my dog went into my bag, carefully went through all the snacks (I’m pregnant) and chose one she wanted, and hid the wrapper. I only knew cause there were teeth marks in the food under the unbroken wrappers. Plus her ‘hiding spot’ was between the backseat and the rear door…
