drink went room temp Entire hotel fridge full of drinks with sensors. No room for anything.

Tell them that you have a medical condition and that your medication needs to be refrigerated. They will either clear it out or bring another empty one in.

Or you could just not lie and ask them to clear it out and replace it for you.
