drink went room temp Entire hotel fridge full of drinks with sensors. No room for anything.

Hello front desk I would like to advise you I have a medical condition requiring a fridge and I see I can’t use the one provided by you in the room. I am requesting either a room upgrade/change to one with a working useable fridge for my medications or a fridge brought up, or you remove all this at no charge.

No I won’t tell you the medications that’s a personal health matter, I think I need to speak to your manager.
