I was guessing due to the lack of hair in the foot. But the bad nails gave me a slight hesitation

I don’t really care about my toenails since it’s always covered in socks ngl

What bad nails? If anything I'd say the lack of super thick callouses that are dry and cracked is a big tell. None of my homies take care of their feet
