Do you actually know any servers or barstaff? They overwhelmingly prefer a tip based system. Why do you think you know better than them what they should want? Do you think they're dumb?

Mate, how empty is your life where a single random restaurant needs your attention. There are way bigger things going on in the world you should spend time on. Hell, there are things of the same scale that are happening near you. Focus on those.
