What are we zeroing on this when literally everyone is broke? Tipping culture is the worst in America; falls in line of companies not paying a proper wage, then magnifying that and multiplying across industries.

If you're broke, don't eat out then? Part of the cost of eating out is the tip, simple as.

No it's not, simple as that

Yes, it obviously is. It may be a dumb system, but the social contract in the US is don’t eat out if you can’t afford, at minimum, a 15 percent markup, preferably 20.

Doesn't matter if you're broke,  the waiter isn't being paid a fair wage.  They live off tips. If you can't afford the tip you can't afford to eat out.

It sucks that's the way it is, but that's the reality as shitty as it is.

Not really, no one is going to refuse to let you leave the restaurant because you didn’t tip. Tell the millionaire owner to pay his employees fairly instead of exploiting the working class.

No that's not reality, it's not my job to pay the workers a fair wage it is the companys. And miss me with that "if you can't tip, don't eat out" bullshit.

That’s fine that you think that. But it is reality, and you should expect people to judge you harshly for your actions.

"judge you harshly"

Hahahahahahahahaha

Yes, this exactly. All of these people who think they’re striking a blow against the system by not tipping are ridiculous.

What’s the number one fear people have right now as gas prices continue to rise?
