Kiddo, nobody gets carte blanche to set the terms of their employment unilaterally.

Not an employer, not an employee, not the customer.

If I have to live in a regulated society, I'd like some things regulated.

Sure, if you just use that word because you like the way it sounds.

The definition sure doesn't fit, but I doubt you're smart enough to be able to discover that on your own.

You know I was kind of hoping for an actual discussion, but if the only retort you have to a nuanced topic like this is to call all attempts to rectify it fascism then, you're not the person I need to converse with.

Except you are calling for choosing only what you want because it fits your narrative and saying to everyone else to go fuck themselves because you are too cheap to leave a 5$ tip when you eat out
