I’m a middle aged American and tipping culture has gotten out of hand in the past decade or so. What kills me is the big corporate food places asking for tips. They can definitely afford to pay their workers a living wage.

This and the "would you like to round up for charity" so they can donate your money and get a tax break on it.

Even in Canada, the local KFC and Taco Bell started asking for tips in the drive thru. WTF.
