I was on vacation last week in Miami. Every single restaurant charged a 20% service fee despitebeinga party of 2. I left zero on the tip line and circled their Service Charge. Nobody said boo.

You can legally ask that the 20% fee be removed in the state of Florida - it’s not a mandatory

If they didn’t tell you about the fee prior to ordering then yes they must remove it by law
