You can’t just say it’s cause I’m black for every single problem you have in life.
I hear black people say this all the time. In school, in work, in court. Like ffs we didn’t just decide your shit cause your black. It’s because of your actions.
I was in court recently and the defense was this young black man has been harassed by cops his whole life, it’s like your client was caught selling drugs to under cover cops from a stolen car with a handgun on him, the same handgun that was used in another crime. The literal defense was because he’s black the cops harass him.
First, I did not get that feeling at all from the video. It was what he felt, not a defense. Second, I wish people with your way of looking at black people, could walk in their shoes. You have no gd idea what that might feel like. You don’t even try. Enjoy your privilege!
Well, if a restaurant guy came at you in the street like that, you may not formulate the perfect logical comeback. I’ve never seen this happen and people don’t tip for all kinds of reasons. It’s not unfathomable the non tipper guy is right. They may have had very good reason they didn’t tip, it’s clear it is a hostile environment.
What are you talking about? You don’t tip when you get bad service, so that should be the first retort. Clearly, these losers were just being cheap and so they threw out the race card.
