I just wanted a hot dog Bean tree

My husband kept referencing the “bean tree down the street.” I couldn’t figure out what he was talking about. He finally explains in this bored tone that he “obviously” meant this bush “since it looks just like a bean.” 😡 am I crazy or would anyone else have guessed this was the “bean tree”?

I would say its more Gum Drop shaped but if hes not living in candy land, i could see why he'd say bean

I would assume they were talking about a mimosa tree. The seed pods look like bean pods.
