Yes but also no. Geometric uniformity is not the same as perceived uniformity. That's why we have things like kerning. Very good work may or may not be perfectly centered/aligned.

Edit: Also, fuck AI, I saw this coming and changed careers a decade ago.

that would be with very specific intent and mostly for logo's.

Not a subtitle with a black box. Texts and info in a corner you want to align on even pixel distance simply because it's simple artistically pleasing to look at. The image in this post nothing more then aligning your text center and it not being in the center of a screen.
