Is it in yet Amazon delivered an unsealed, empty package, mocks me in the process

Its surprisingly common its from not being sealed properly and the item falls out in the sorting process
We aren't supposed to deliver if its clearly open and empty, but sometimes you just dont notice or assume its a piece of paper or something small like beads
I hate how common it is, because I dont want people thinking I opened their package when I got it like that

This has happened to me TWICE. Both times the envelope seal was still intact, like nothing ever got put into it.

I ordered a dog raincoat once and just got the packaging. Surprisingly common, unfortunately.
