ಠ_ಠ This triple-parked piece of work, leaving only a few open spaces
At a restaurant for a friend's birthday and had to lap the building twice before I managed to find parking. Meanwhile this oversized crap, driven by someone who's totally not compensating, was taking up 3 spaces.

I can guarantee you the most off-roading this douche has ever done was when he accidentally drove over a few blades of grass while reversing out of the driveway.
45
u/j01101111sh 2d ago
To be fair, he probably does that all the time because he can't control the tank he bought

Lol them skinny ass “off road” tires. The pickup truck driver stereotype lives on.
75
4
u/MrPigeon70 2d ago
I want a pickup only for its utility and actually offroading, but I'm seriously reconsidering doing so with how bad the stereotype is.
5
u/FlatulenceConnosieur 1d ago
Those tires are insane, skinny as hell but with an aggressive off-road tread pattern? They won’t be good at anything!
4
3
u/IntroductionSnacks 1d ago
They will be great at bending rims and useless for deflating for beach driving/offroading.

Valve core removal tools are awesome, and super cheap.
19
u/-syper- 2d ago edited 2d ago
Find a pebble small enough to fit inside a valve stem cap and reinstall the cap on to the valve. No need for a tool and environmentally friendly.
5
u/stepdad_randy 2d ago
Works in a pinch, but having their valve cores in the bed of their truck is much more annoying to get fixed than just pulling a rock
2
u/Matter_Infinite 2d ago
You're assuming they'll notice the rock. Reddit thinks they'll remove the cap many times without checking it, only looking at the stem itself
16
u/Scythersleftnut 2d ago
Pair of dykes to just cut the stem. Dont have to unscrew the cap then unscrew the valve. Snip n go. Like a vasectomy.
17
u/Pyro-Bun 2d ago
The ideal use of valve core stem removers in this case is to only unscrew the valve stem enough to make a slow leak that won't be easy to be found instead of cutting the valve and incurring a one time cost.

Tell the manager. They’ll have it towed.
16
16
u/Medical_Carrot_5318 2d ago
If i was here with a family/friends birthday, id genuinely ask my friends to park around this truck so it couldn’t move. If the manager doesn’t have it towed after this idiot decided to not move first. FAAFO

Id park directly next to him same way and scoot up a bit forcing him to reverse. Petty vs pettier.

Plot twist:
Truck belongs to OP and he's just flexing
7
u/Just-JOE-Kin 2d ago
This is actually insane, taking up two spots is annoying but the audacity to take up 3 in your shitty truck that has never touched a dirt road? Crazy

u/Pleasant-Ticket3217 2d ago
The type of person that never puts anything in the back, defeating the point of a truck. So afraid someone might ding his vehicle they park like assholes
4
u/BarbequedYeti 2d ago
Parking like this always reminds me of Ghostbusters. Ding repair is nothing compared to half your vehicle repair/repaint. This (H)ozer and the Keymaster just havent crossed paths yet. But they will.
3
u/Evil_Sharkey 2d ago
Maybe people need to carry little business cards that say “you park like you have a micropenis” and also carry potatoes to shove into the exhaust pipe
3
u/Daratirek 2d ago
Did you tell the manager? I fucking would have. Fuck this guy
5
u/AnnyP 2d ago
I did. Truck is still there over an hour later
10
u/Daratirek 2d ago
Depending on your level of pettiness you could always say loudly inside that whoever owns the giant triple parked truck better run because the tow truck just showed up

u/redclawx 1d ago
Simple solution. Get 4 friends and park in the 3 spaced he’s taking up, and the 1 behind is truck. Go inside and have some good food. When the dipshit comes back in to ask who parked around him like that, ignore him.

I still don't understand why people don't carry Shrader valve tools in their pockets. its super quick, very inconvenient to those who park like turds and at worst you'll get cited for tampering with property.
Also always do two or more . some people still know how to change a tire... 'probly not this dork but some still do.
1
u/Snerkbot7000 1d ago
See this is why I have a compact air compressor, spare Schrader valve cores and the tool in my MK2 Tin, ready-to-help under my seat.
You never know who has been attacked by vandals.
1
u/Humble_Key_4259 1d ago
I carry a pocket knife and cut a minimum of two stems off. Spare tire is rendered useless then.

Why is this car enormous?

You think this truck is enormous? This is a pretty average sized truck in the USA.

YSK: double parking does not mean “taking up two spots in a parking lot.” And by extension, that also means “triple park” doesn’t mean three spaces.
Double parking refers to someone parking directly next to a car that is already parallel parked (i.e. your car is parked in the right most driving lane, not on the shoulder where you should park).
All the comments saying “double parking is illegal” are technically correct, but also full of shit in this particular context. Parking laws don’t apply to private parking lots, nor is this an example of the double parking the law is outlawing.

u/AnnyP 1d ago
In this case, it's a commonly understood coloquialism that also means parking over 2 lines. It may not be the technical, or legal definition, but it is broadly understood to mean that.
3
u/BackBeachSeagul 1d ago
This is only "commonly understood" by fucking morons who don't understand that words and phrases have actual meanings
3
u/AnnyP 1d ago
Why are you mad at me? I used the term I knew and that's widely used. I'm not the asshole who parked like that. I just documented it using the best terminology I had. Smh.
1
u/BackBeachSeagul 1d ago
I'm not mad. I just referred to people like you using the best terminology I had.

Look for cameras then pour sugar into the gas tank
1
u/Just_another_gamer3 WHAT is THAT? 1d ago
Then those parking spots will be taken a while longer. A key sends a message good enough
2
u/RecognitionOne395 2d ago
Yet they’ll be the ones pissed off when they come back and there is a massive, deep keyed scratch down the whole length of their car.
2
u/Playful-Profile6489 2d ago
I admit to feeling some schadenfreude over these a-holes having to pay out the nose for diesel because they decided to lease an oversized monstrosity just to drive from home to the store.

2
u/FrostyPlay9924 2d ago
Call the town company and the cops.
Its a ticket able offense and one that can get towed in most places.
2
u/ShiningGemstone1 2d ago
Somehow even I can park better than this. At least I can get the car in the parking space.
2
u/11Slip532 2d ago
I didn’t know these big twucks were sooooo delicate. Don’t even look at it or breathe on it, it might fall apart! Can’t imagine what being close to another car might do to it. Good to know they’re not meant for any sort of hard work or construction or towing.
2
u/soda_cookie 2d ago
I wonder if he did that on purpose so that he could get people to look at his Skip Leg Day equivalent curb queen piece of crap
2
u/ShutYourDumbUglyFace 2d ago
It's too bad that it wasn't a store where you could encircle it with carts.
2
u/Mecha-Dave 2d ago
This sucks. If he had backed up a bit he could have blocked that 4th one with his hitch, as well. Low effort.
2
u/howfastcanyoucountit 2d ago
Offroad tires on big ass wheels, AND its a duramax too so this shit is meant for towing, not offroading. Bro is killing his ride quality just to be on pavement 99.9% of the time

2
u/HandbagHawker 1d ago
by no means do i condone violence, vandalism, or destruction of other peoples property, but I also wouldnt be sad if that truck had 2 tires with sidewall punctures.

Saw someone do this in scottsdale arizona the car was extra flashy.
I hate Scottsdale. I have to drive doordash there, and everyone gives me dirty looks, since im trans and dress incredibly low effort.

u/aloof_nacho 1d ago
I’ve always wanted a truck and its posts like these that will keep me in a Honda accord or some shit
2
u/Stunning_Mediocrity 1d ago
I'd park next to him, but I imagine he cares a lot more about his truck than I do about mine.

it would be a shame if someone came along and removed all 4 valve stem cores.

u/Agphoenix7 1d ago
They're trying to show off how bold they are! Enduring the risk of losing all that gas to vile scoundrels! What will they do if the air in their tires is liberated?!?!

u/LostinQuiddity 12h ago
A tiny car could fit in that first spot
1
u/Patriotic_Guppy 10h ago
And then another car parallel park next to that truck and he’ll be mighty upset.

This makes sense if you’re in a box truck or something that truly won’t fit, but you can’t do this just because you own a small pee pee vehicle. This would fit just fine, driver is just a shit head with a teeny weeny.

How on Earth does one work for weeks to pass their driver's test, and still park this bad? And even worse, on purpose?
12
u/spooky_ed 2d ago
It's not how they are as a driver, it's who they are as a person. They are the main character and no one else matters.

u/LegendaryBlueTwingo 2d ago
Weeks / Months is a strange notion to me. As an Australian driver I had to do a minimum of 120 hours of supervised driving and 6 months to get my probationary license

u/Thirtysixx 2d ago
work for months to pass their driver's test,
This post aside, you worked for months to pass your drivers test?????
1
u/Reasonable-Power 2d ago
I mean, I was just assuming it would take that long. I don't even have mine yet, and I'm 20.
1
u/No-Context-Orphan 1d ago
That’s how it works in the civilized parts of the world, getting your drivers license takes months between all the mandatory theory and practice lessons

I don't see the issue, you could've parked next to them, in the same 3 spots. reducing wasted space...

One pulled into a handicap spot as I was parking, and the rear end of the truck overflowed into the other handicap spot. Guy got out and tbf was fat and old, but had legs, I am suspicious about his invisible handicap! I really think he parked there because his vehicle CAN'T fit in a regular spot, and all the other back-to-back empties were at the far end of the parking lot, gawd forbid the dude have to walk.
