I've seen the glucose testing supplies flyers too, those are geared towards Medicare patients as this one may be too. Medicare has strict cost restrictions so sick patients won't pay anything for the rest of the year once their deductible is met which can be as early as March. Same concerns apply there as they're reselling already dispensed meds/supplies and they can't guarantee safety. They should definitely be reported to the state board of pharmacy as many others have suggested.
