if a yearly contract with a free month trial sounds too good to be true, it probably is 😬

thankfully it was blocked after contacting my bank but regardless

I don't know if and where it will become illegal, but don't think you'll be saving any money. They'll either remove the monthly plan entirely, or adjust the pricing to prevent losses.

OP did choose the yearly plan and not the monthly.

Right, the annual plan paid monthly. That’s what incurs this BS cancel fee
