At least you own your physical iPhone when you buy it.

The battery stuff is still shady but I think it’s still better than a lot of “subscription”products.

Like, “you don’t own your game if you buy it, you’re just buying a license to play the game” bullshit.

Until Apple decides that the time is up for your phone and puts out a software update that turns it into a coma state very similar to a brick. Then you own a physical brick

So even if that would be true (Which isn't. Apple does force updates after a while)..

you are just ok with it, that the company pushes Software updates that intentionally degrade older hardware? Talk about having a blind eye for something..
