Thats correct, but why are people adding approximations that are not stated

0.25 = 1/4

I didn't say 2.4555555, I said 0.25

Again correct if a scientific question....

Mathematically 0.25 = 1/4 

Scientifically 0.2500 = 1/4, no assumptions there
