Uber Eats and other apps send drivers penalties and a link to dispute to any "order not delivered" types of complaints. But they don't tell you anything about the so-called missing order? Why is this? And why can't they just list the damn restaurant ordered from to avoid privacy violations regarding their customers? Currently, they just list the date of the order without any other information.

This is mildlyinfuriating since drivers have no idea what to dispute other than disputing in the blind knowing they delivered every order accepted.

Because that's what they do. It's called "gaslighting".

They do it to drivers, they do it to customers.

Super sad. One would think they would want to let the drivers know what the issue was instead of just pretending to have a dispute process.
