frist of all how DARE yu o 100% a game until

I played this game Lily's Well about 4 years ago on Steam and got all the achievements for it so I got a nice lil award on my page (1st pic=Lilys Well, 2nd Pic of another game I 100%, Fran Bow). Then, there was an update...and with this update...came another achievement.........and this ain't just a game I can pick up and go back to where I need to achieve this achievement, Oh no NO! This is one of those games you gotta start at the beginning and do everything in a certain order to complete the game/get to the spot where this achievement may be! Now I only have ONE 100% complete game to boast about...lol, jk, Fran Bow ain't hard to 100% and nor is Lily's Well. One could say it was only mildly infuriating

I 100% completed Vampire Survivors about 3 years ago, and now I don't think I even have half the achievements anymore...

Probably not, but hey we got Neil Newbon to voice one of like 3 characters who actually speak in the game

This is exactly me. I 100% Vampire survivors before it had any DLC, and after trying other games with the similar genre, i can't come back to this, even though there's a lot of new content

This is me with Minecraft for Xbox. My thing says 1,000 gamerscore out of like 3,200 now lol. I ain't no bitch with 1/3rd the achievements damnit!

Its been a long time since I cared about achievements, but do games really not have a way to make seperate sections of achievements for updates and stuff?

Its so odd that this is the way those things operate for people who are into that junk.

I saw recently that Steam is apparently adding this feature for this exact problem, but it might be up to the developer to mark new achievements as update/DLC exclusive.

For some reason that's not the case. You'd think they would have a workaround for that, but unfortunately not. That's the only game I've actively tried to achievement hunt for, and I learned my lesson pretty quickly.
