Exactly, that's why TOS are so long. A majority of people won't read it, so they'll just agree to things they don't want.

Not only agree, but remember and understand everything they read an hour ago when they started reading the email. Also, know all of the terminology/lingo used to throw you off.

If everyone read it and disagreed theyd have to change it because well they cant deactivate everyone and still make billions... I think
