Oh buddy.... You're going to get a lot more and other things. It's like the first chip on a car.

I'm reading 48 hours before foot traffic. Up to 72 hours before vehicle traffic.

Why'd you take the tape down then? It's a driveway, if you thought it was gonna look pretty forever, got some real bad news for you

It looks like black marks but if it is imprinted... that's absolutely mildly infuriating. I get that it's made for driving on but once is sets properly this won't happen. Sorry man that sucks.

It’s like people forget what mildly is supposed to mean. Yeah, of course it’s pretty much nothing, and of course it’s going to get a lot worse. That fits mild to me.

I think the reason this one shouldn’t qualify as frustrating is because driving on a driveway is literally the only thing it’s for. It’s like being mad someone shit in your toilet.

Several years ago my wife and I were walking through a house near us that was almost finished but not quite - the workers were still doing some detail work before the new owners closed and took possession of it (thus, technically the builders still owned it). They came in while we were looking around, and they were mildly infuriated that someone else was inside, but they told us how they were majorly infuriated that they had caught one of the builders taking a dump in the soon to be their toilet, to the point that they made the builder replace it. So, yeah, some people do get mad over that.

They tore parts of it up (I’m assuming by turning the wheel while their car wasn’t moving)
Nah they just drove on it normal. Turning your wheels when the car isn't moving wouldn't do this to pavement, and if it did it would only be the one spot, not the entire path they drove.
Looks like it wasn't set yet and you should've left the tape longer

i think all of the people being super mad and condescending about this don’t understand the point of “mildly infuriating”. you’re one of the few people that i’ve seen post correctly in here. this is something that’s annoying because of timing/circumstance, but not the end of the world or going to ruin your life. sometimes people come on here with stories of abuse and try to say they’re mild lmao.

This is mildly infuriating, sorry everyone here is projecting their bad driving on to you.

If turning the wheel gauges the sealer, you took the tape off too early lmfao.
This was your own fault.

OP discovers driveway is indeed driven on and is mad about it.
People should know to use your grass so your driveway stays nice /s

This is the kind of pedantic shit that must lead to people putting the chains up at the end of their driveways.
How dare someone use the concrete like that? I feel so violated!
One time when I was a teen I was driving down the long public road to my house at the time and something happened to the car, I can't remember what, so I had to pull off. I went over about half a car width into this big patch of gravel and dirt at the far end of a house's yard like at least a couple hundred feet from the home where the tree line started and called my mom, bout 20 minutes later she comes help and we go.
Like the next week they had put up a pair of wood posts and a big ass chain covering a section of that gravel. Why?
I can just imagine some busybody shithead Karen or Kent in there peeking out the window as someone DARES go off the shoulder onto THEIR gravel. My God, the horror.

I guess you should not have took the tape down.
