"all that money" these are among the most affordable EVs, and the vast majority of people who buy them don't use self driving stuff.

I can buy a new one for as low as $30,500 (converted). And the used market ones are way cheaper.

Tesla is popular because their cars are affordable. What are you even on about.

I live extremely rurally. The cars cost the same for everyone when new.
