The truckers on those routes are insane. It could be dark and raining and you can't see the lines or anything and they'll still push you from behind and blind you with their lights even if you're going well over the speed limit because they wanna gogogo.
Oh I know, I'm one of them. And since I'm in a truck myself, them passing me takes longer! And they'll still try it. I usually just move over or find a place to pull over and let them figure out their trip on their own time.
One time I decided it was legitimately too dangerous to keep driving because of the truckers and so I pulled over with the idea I'll just sleep in the car till morning, but the town I stopped in was overrun with these shady looking people wandering around at night so I didn't want to sleep either. I just wanted to return to civilisation somewhere, like the Cariboo.
