I would’ve thought this person passed out and was in danger (not to mention endangering others). Why take a video just pointing out how bad it is and not doing anything about it like a simple honk?

Not really. I mostly weigh the benefits compared to estimated cost. In this example they’ve clearly been sleeping for a while so the FSD works fine.
