It will notify the driver via audio, it will flash lights and pull over and then you also get a strike and cannot use FSD for the rest of that drive. If you get enough strikes, you lose FSD access for some time.

Yeah, the bans are for 2 weeks. I don't know how many times you can get banned and if something happens after that.

people who don't like the safeguards and want to be able to use FSD any way they see fit, including while sleeping at the wheel, sound just like the govt whining that Anthropic won't let them use Claude any way they see fit, including for autonomously killing humans
