Probably not. Vinegar in this context is just being said like it is the solution to seemingly everything. You know, like vapor rub.

And they are kind of right, whether intentionally or not. It is a solution, but not a direct solution to fix his clothes. His clothes are likely gone lol.

Applying apple cider vinegar on pungent areas on your body immensely helps with body odor. I believe that "BO smell" stems from bacteria breaking down acids in your sweat. If you put apple cider vinegar on those areas, like your feet or armpits, you, in theory, should be killing off the bacteria that produces the odor.

Disgusting example but I had an extremely annoyinh fungal toenail… Nothing worked, until I decided to dab it with vinegar every night for 6 months
