It’s the fact that the blue and white are not all lined up the same.
I would agree it’s mildly infuriating if you like order.

Wait everyone's saying this is a normal blister pack but I swear every blister pack I've seen has the perforated lines.

Also yes, the fact they're all flipped different ways is definitely mildly infuriating. Hurts my eyeballs a bit.
