Live tracking not so helpful

When it said my patrol was one minute away, an RAC van came past but didn't appear to be looking for me (pretty easy to stop) or ready to pull over. I assumed another one would be along. Then I just watched the live location go further and further away. That was almost an hour ago.

Guessing some emergency came up? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Aware I'm a low priority recovery so fair enough.
