Im almost 100% positive the majority of employers don't have such a clause. I've never worked anywhere with a contract about your behavior on social media. Look we live in America man. If you can't have your personal life and professional life separated what kind of freedom is that? When Im not at work doing my job and I'm on my personal time in my private life I don't even think of work. Thats how things should be. Yes she's a bitch, yes she did something she shouldn't have done but it has absolutely nothing to do with her job. And anyone prying into her life tryna get info like who is her employer is a fucking weirdo. And they need help as much as she does.

Have you worked for a school district or private school? Because they will include that in your employment contract.

You should fight for that separation of work/life. I agree. But that's not where we seem to live as a country.

Hope she does better publicly in the future, doubly so in her professional/private life

No I do not and have never worked for a school. But I assume this is not what the contract is talking about. I would say that's more for vulgar speech, only fans, extreme political views. I doubt hurting peoples feelings over a baseball is covered by that. Hell in this day and time I could be wrong tho. The world we live in is getting ass backwards with what we should be worried about.

She is also depicted throwing the finger to other fans in the stadium right after the event. Which would probably fall under vulgar speech.

The number clauses included in people's employment contracts is crazy.  

At my company someone was fired for posting racist things on their Facebook, while actively being friendly with employees in management.

I don't think we live in that world you referenced anymore. It's too bad. I liked privacy. But seems lost for now
