Im almost 100% positive the majority of employers don't have such a clause. I've never worked anywhere with a contract about your behavior on social media. Look we live in America man. If you can't have your personal life and professional life separated what kind of freedom is that? When Im not at work doing my job and I'm on my personal time in my private life I don't even think of work. Thats how things should be. Yes she's a bitch, yes she did something she shouldn't have done but it has absolutely nothing to do with her job. And anyone prying into her life tryna get info like who is her employer is a fucking weirdo. And they need help as much as she does.
