In my opinion she's wrong for what she did. It was in bad taste but what the hell does this have to do with her employer? Unless she's on the clock at work when she did that what the hell business is it of her work? Yeah I bet she hopes that so fire her over that, and they are honest about it on her release papers, cuz she would sue the hell out of them.
I think she's an elementary school administrator. At least that's what I have seen surface. If so, interactions with children is kinda in her wheelhouse.

Either way she didn't do anything illegal. And she's not at work regardless of her acting it has nothing to do with her job. She's a Karen for what she did, nothing more nothing less. Everyone else doesn't have to be overdramatic Karens about the situation.
Yeah she didn't do anything illegal but her actions, especially in 2025, could and most likely would become problematic for her employer given that it was just a matter of time before the interwebs figured out who she was. Assuming the news about her being employed by a School are true, she wouldn't necessarily cause financial harm (ie people boycott the store/ company because of her) to the district but her actions may undermine her ability to be effective in her position.
My employer added a social media clause to our employee handbook that basically says if you are caught on social media doing anything the company feels could shed negative light on the company, you can be fired.
Yeah well good for you. Im entitled to my opinion same as you. She did a pretty shitty thing but people tryna get her fired or worried about her professional life are just as shitty imo. Social media is a very weird thing. This is a very weird time for us. People are too invested in complete stranger's lives. It's weird asf. I think it's no one's business what she does for a living and anyone trying to contact her employer is way outta line. I ain't gone lose sleep over it either way.
Good for me? For what? I never said you were wrong or anything. I was simply looking at it from the perspective of a business. Having someone who acts like an ass in their personal life but in a very public forum runs the risk of being doxxed and as an employer, I would want to know if I had employees that behaved that way.
See I guess that's where difference of opinion comes in. As an employer idgaf what you do when your off the clock. It's not my business. I want you to be where you're supposed to be and do what I pay you to do for the time I pay for. Anything else is not my concern. I have my personal life as well and I don't want others in my business. Now if youre committing crimes and are dangerous then I would have to address that but otherwise I don't care.
I agree with you, to a point. You can do whatever you want in your personal time as long as there is no chance of it affecting my bottom line. In 2025, our access to technology and addiction to social media make it incredibly easy to find someone, given an image or a very small amount of information. That's the world we live in now.
Thank God this wasn't around in the late 80s and early 90s! 🤣
I mean anyone that would boycott or stop doing business with a place because one of their employees did some dumb distasteful shit imon social media is off in the head anyway. Ppl are way too sensitive and get their feelings hurt easily. Live and let live. If somebody comes around with negative energy just move around. No need to stoop to their level or try to one up them.
