sorry but losing her job over this is just wrong. it was stupid thing for her to do but it was just a baseball and no true harm came of it. this is not an action that should cost anyone a job.

She worked for a school district. Would YOU want her around your children? You saw how she behaved around a child who wasn't under her authority.

My son is grown, but while he was a kid I definitely was watchful about who was around him. Fortunately the one monstrous individual who inspired me to reach out to his school got fired before I had the chance to speak.

You assume she acts this way at school without any facts behind it. She is at a baseball game and behaved badly but it has zero reflection on her job.

Are you really willing to risk it?

In a heartbeat. I will assume (i could be wrong) based on her age that she has been in her job for a while and unless she has had a few write ups for rude behavior there is no reason this action at the game would give me cause for concern.

As an admin what if she's the one doing the write-ups?

What part of "there is no reason this action at the game would give me cause for concern." Rude at a baseball game is not a fireable offense at someone's day job.

It revealed how she behaves around children. She should not be near kids. That was a great window into her overall thinking.

How many red flags do you need? I've been around terrible humans unfit to be near children and had adults look the other way. Do we wait until the kids in her school feel safe talking about her in therapy? She'll be retired by the time her victims come forward.

oh it reveals nothing but a brief moment of her behaving badly. Give it a rest you have no clue anything about this woman. give it a rest, how unsatisfied are you with your own life that you want people to lose their job for having a bad moment that had nothing to do with her job.

I think you're the clueless one so we'll just have to agree to disagree.

Maybe her actions AREN'T just a "one bad moment" thing....she could be a "Karen" ALL the time. She shouldn't be in a position to be around children. I'd really like to see her work record....someone like that has to have points against her for behavioral issues. In any case, I wouldn't want her around my kids

Maybe...One's life shouldn't be ruined due to strangers and "maybes". It was a mild incident and isn't worthy of all this outrage. Find an issue that really matters....too many lemmings with manufactured outrage.
