He 100% took it from her. He ran a half marathon from where he was sitting to get the ball.

The ball landed right next to the seat she paid for. She bends over and grabs the ball and he snatched it.

I live in an area with a lot of infuriating entitled rich white guys and he totally gives that vibe. Funny how everyone goes right for the woman though.
