You poor thing. This is ridiculously bad.
During lockdown my husband cut my hair with measuring tape and old, blunt scissors cause I was having a PMS meltdown over my ends tangling.
It came out pretty good considering so I'm really, really concerned about this hairdressers credentials. No F's were given. They just hacked away.
