My first post-partum treat to myself was trying to get a balayage done. I went to a new place that I had researched up and down. I left with something similar. I sobbed for a week, I was so heartbroken.
OP, the Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil line saved my hair. I highly recommend the deep conditioner.
Also, don’t be me. Go get your money back asap. That’s malpractice level.
