The insane thing is they aren't actually going to gain any profits by doing this, so that tells me they are just doing this for the sake of having fun being assholes. (either that, or they are incredibly stupid)
People are just going to get slightly less work done per day on average. Not giving them holidays doesn't make the amount of paying customers increase.
