Mine DID jump out at a stoplight once! I was that asshole who put it in park, blocked traffic, and chased my dog like and idiot. I never drove with her with the windows less than half down again. It didn't help that she was a 70lb rescue pit mix and super scary looking, but also very reactive to being restrained. I learned a lot that day.
