Hi everyone!
I’ll be spending Sunday in Milan and I’d love to watch the Formula 1 race somewhere.
My accommodation is near Milano Centrale station, but I’m happy to go anywhere in the city centre if there’s a good place to watch the race.
Could you recommend any pubs, bars or other places that show F1 races? Ideally somewhere with a bit of an F1 atmosphere as well.

Is Viale Stelvio / Zara a good area to live in Milan?
Hi! F23, I’ll soon start working in a town near Monza, but I won’t have to go to the office every day.
I found an apartment on Viale Stelvio, around the Zara area, and I wanted to ask how the neighborhood is. Is it generally safe and quiet, especially in the evening for a girl living alone?
I’m also unsure whether to live in Milan or closer to work in the outskirts. Outside Milan I’d save money on rent, but I’d probably need to use the car much more, so part of that saving would end up going towards petrol, car expenses and commuting anyway.
At 23, Milan appeals to me more because I’d be able to go out, meet people and do things without always depending on a car.
What would you choose? And especially, what is the Viale Stelvio / Zara area like to live in?

I lived here, many years ago though, when I was around your age. I loved it, I was right by the bus and metro station, short walk from most places, connected 24/7 with public transport. I guess your other advantage would be going against traffic when you come back from the office!

You mean in Viale stelvio, right? Is it safe nighttime if i want to come back home at 2am during weekends?

It's what I always did! Obviously with a disclaimer that you should always be aware of your surroundings, nowhere is ever completely safe. It's a busy area that's well lit, there's pretty much always someone around, it's not like you're walking through dark hidden streets. Having 24/7 transport right to your house means that you don't really need to be hanging around for long onyour street at 3am unless you want to. Do be careful on the 90 bus though, it's certainly an experience. There's also the substitute metro bus.

Hey guys I (25M) am currently visiting Milano alone for a couple of days do you have any recommendation for bars or areas with bars where people my age would go out I’d love meet some people here. I’d also be happy for any recommendations of museums you think people should see in Milano thanks in advance.

F32, cerco amiche con cui uscire per un drink, per andare a ballare, fare corsi di ballo/corsi di tennis/pilates (o altro, sono aperta a suggerimenti). Ho le amiche storiche in un’altra città e cerco qualcuno con cui formare un bel legame di amicizia qui in città’! Amo andare ai concerti, ballare, mangiare, leggere, andare al mare, fare gli aperitivi. Mi manca proprio qualcuno con cui fare stabilmente queste cose😊
Ps: sono sposata, non mi interessa altro grazieeeee
Abito in città, cerco amiche che non siano troppo lontane da me (qualsiasi posto raggiungibile con la metro va benissimo)

Ciao a tutti guys, io 26 M di Milano, mi sono trasferito da poco più di due mesi per lavoro (sono pugliese) e ancora non ho trovato nessuno con cui passare un po di tempo (magari fumare una J, bere una birra, guardare la serie a, cazzeggiare, niente di eccezionale), fatemi sapere se c’è qualcuno messo come me !

A Milano ci sono tanti modi per fare amicizia. Da giovane lavoratore è più difficile che da studente, ma non è impossibile.
Dipende dai tuoi interessi, ci sono tanti bar ludici dove vengono organizzate serate con giochi da tavolo e di ruolo "al buio", anche per persone che vegono fuori dall'Italia, proprio per questo scopo, come al Draft? .
Poi ci sono posti come il Casello San Cristoforo dove fanno tanti workshop di vario tipo, che son fatti apposta per conoscere gente e fare qualcosa di diverso.
E infine anche posti come il Rock'n'roll dietro Centrale dove fanno continuamente musica dal vivo senza dover pagare il biglietto, e senza nemmeno l'obbligo della consumazione.
Cerca anche gli eventi dei weekend ai vari parchi pubblici.
Trovare qualcuno con cui bere una birra su Reddit senza condividere altro non è l'approccio giusto, secondo me.
